Shuksan Home Inspections is owned and operated by Francis Zuber out of Bellingham, WA. Francis is originally from Long Island, NY and graduated from Plattsburgh State University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. However, it didn’t take long for him to realize that office life didn’t suit him, and he got his first job as a carpenter in 2019. Since then, he worked his way up to being a site supervisor for a large construction company and has done a bit of everything. From building custom homes from scratch to remodeling old farmhouses he enjoyed it all but he got the most satisfaction from his interactions with the home owners. That’s when he decided to pursue home inspections to apply all his knowledge from the field and help home owners make informed decisions about their futures.

In his free time, Francis is an avid skier, mountain biker and photographer. If he’s not on the mountain then he’ll likely be working on something around the house that him and his wife own in Bellingham or hanging out with his plethora of pets
